Great hotel at all! Very good location, just near a metro station (Alonso Martinez) and pretty close to walk by to the center and many attractions. Various restaurants, cafes, tapas and pubs around. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. And that breakfast! It’s perfect. Strongly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great location, breakfast was everything you need to get your day started and the front desk workers were always so nice. We had an issue with one of the rooms upon check in and they immediately moved us to another room. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is a little off the beaten path and totally a hidden gem. I love the location and being able to return for a nap after daytime excursions, to shower and then dine at fabulous spots less than half a mile away. The service is some of the best we have ever experienced in Europe. From Juan who helped my family check in ASAP after a red-eye across the pond, to Victoria and Andrea who took excellent care of us every step of the way we received the service you would see at a 5-star hotel. The bar/restaurant had a good breakfast in the morning and some lovely evening sangria. The room was incredibly comfortable and we had a double bed plus a bunk bed for our kids, and a wonderful rain shower. They made the most out of the space and we felt completely comfortable for a short stint in Madrid. I highly recommend, and the dedicated staff make this hotel experience superb.
