Our friends recommended this hotel for our stay in Barcelona and what a great recommendation! The front desk staff are very courteous and their hospitality is exceptional. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Our room had a great view and was very nice and spacious. They also have an excellent breakfast with a great variety to choose from. Lucas was very kind and sincere. He willingly went out of his way to accommodate us due to a minor inconvenience issue that we had during our stay there. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

This was the best possible location in Barcelona for our trip. Central to everything great. You are right in the heart of it here for a quick leisure trip. Excellent service by the desk agents who were genuinely warm and friendly and kind. Sadly, I do not remember their names! The room’s beautiful stained glass window was a plus. And I liked that it opened out onto a sunny courtyard, even if it was a wall. We felt very private there. The bathroom shower is the real glory of the room. Whoever added this detail is a genius. You get three kinds of showers in one—overhead rainfall, direct on body, and handheld. It was a luxury for me. The breakfast attendant was wonderful and clearly serious about his job. Sadly, I don’t remember the young man’s name! Very clean and well-situated hotel. However, they should improve the quality of the coffee at breakfast. Also, we loved that the room came with teacups and tea and a hot water kettle. An excellent touch. And thank you for making a hotel of this caliber pet friendly! 5/5

****additional comments at end of review***Edited *** Mixed Experience – Room Was Nice, But Serious Issues Affected Our Stay The room itself was lovely, especially the cute bunk beds for our kids. The hotel is also in a great location — close to shops, which was helpful since we needed to buy essentials and clothes after our airline lost most of our luggage. Unfortunately, several major issues affected our stay. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly. It was hot and humid, and although the front desk called an HVAC company, they claimed nothing was wrong. The front desk did offer us a fan and a discount for one of our nights, but it didn’t make up for how uncomfortable the room was. To make things worse, Iberia lost 3 of our 4 checked bags. Two were delivered overnight to the hotel, but when my wife asked the front desk if our bags had arrived, she was told no. Since Iberia’s international phone support couldn’t confirm anything, she took a taxi to the airport, only to be shown proof that the bags had already been delivered to the hotel. I then went to the front desk myself, got the same response — but after insisting they check again, the staff member opened a locked closet, and there were our bags. To add insult to injury, one of the bags was damaged ( most likely the airline) Also worth mentioning: the glass bathroom door was concerning, especially with kids, as the lower part is transparent and seemed fragile. While the hotel has potential, the AC issue, poor communication, and lack of attention from the front desk made our stay frustrating and stressful. **Post checkout the management of this hotel did reach out and did everything within their power to make things right. Should I ever find myself in Barcelona again I'm willing to give them another chance to provide a less stressful and less frustrating stay.
