Petra Marriott Hotel

We stayed for one night at Petra Marriott while visiting Petra with our kids, and it was truly unforgettable. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. Every single staff member—from reception to the gentleman offering Arabic coffee—was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. We enjoyed lunch upon arrival, followed by an excellent dinner and an equally amazing breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The pool was a refreshing treat, and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking—like something out of a postcard. Even the lifeguard left an impact on us—he took the time to educate us about the history of the surrounding mountains, which added a beautiful layer of meaning to our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel itself was spotless—clean rooms, beautifully maintained common areas, and the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options that kept us looking forward to every meal. A huge thank you to Marwan F., the concierge, who was an incredible help in planning our visit to Petra. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended the perfect guide, Sami, and itinerary that made our experience even more magical. His insight and support truly made all the difference. Also, a heartfelt shoutout to Mousa K. for his warmth and kindness—he was always there to help with a smile and made us feel right at home. Every member of the team was helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra—you won’t be disappointed!

Great hotel with amazing views! The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. There is a nice pool area, which was much appreciated after a long hike in Petra. Being high up on the hills, the sunset views of Wadi Musa were absolutely stunning, but you will need a car or taxi to get to town. We ate at the Bedouin tent and enjoyed listening to their musician while sipping cocktails. Great value for money too. The only negative is that there is construction work going on at the hotel but this didn’t really bother us.
