Petra Nera Skiathos

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Skiathos. First of all I would like to highlight the staff who were always nice and willing to help us with anything, so our stay was wonderful. This is a newly renovated hotel including rooms which were spacious and ours even had a sea view. Some rooms are on a hill, but there was always a helpful and smiling driver available to take guests so they didn't have to walk or you could take the elevator to the pool with a view and climb a short hill. Every day it was cleaned clean, new towels in the room. Breakfast very tasty and with a wide selection of food.

We had an amazing time at Petra Nera and truly hope to be back one day! The whole team made our stay special and welcoming from start to finish. Mornings were always a highlight thanks to Artea, her energy and great coffee made every day start with a smile. Claudia’s kindness at breakfast added a lovely personal touch. Reception was very helpful, with Stefan and Mikaela making us feel right at home, and it was such a nice surprise to run into an old colleague on arrival. A small issue during our stay was handled with care and professionalism by Eleni and Iva who really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Also, Eleni her knowledge of the island made that we found some true gems during our vacation. Getting around hotel was very entertaining thanks to Aaron and Kostas, who brought a lot of laughs along the way. Johnny at the pool made a fantastic frappe. And a special mention to Aktar in maintenance who was always working hard behind the scenes. His efforts did not go unnoticed and were much appreciated. Huge thanks to the entire team for such a memorable stay. You truly made us feel at home!

We arrived as the first guests in the totally renewed and luxurious hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly and caring staff. We enjoyed our beautiful room ath the 7th floor with unobstructed views on the sea and the surrounding area. Kostas an Aaron took us up the hill with the golf car. They both had a great sense of humour and we enjoyed being with them. Breakfast was served with a very wide choise. We enjoyed the dinners. The location is ideally situated for beautiful signposted trails along beautiful sandy beaches and through green forests. The busstop is nearly and every 20 minutes you can go to Skiathos or Koukoumaries. We highly recommend this hotel!
