Outstanding. If I could give it a 6, I would. At this hotel, I received the best service of my life. Mr. Shadi is extremely welcoming. He greeted us and explained everything patiently. He helped us find guides at a very good price, lower than what agencies and websites offer. He was very kind. He gave us local recommendations and even packed us snacks. The restaurant is worth mentioning. We tried it just a few minutes from Petra. The rooms are clean and very convenient. It has a restaurant that has very good food, so much so that we tried the best Maqluba compared to other restaurants in Petra and wanted to go back. Highly recommended. Also it’s to be noted rooms have a panoramic Petra view.
We are very happy with the experience. Rooms are clean, food was great, employees were very respectful and helpful. We were a group of around 15 adults and 2 kids. We also had someone with some dietary problems and they cooked special food for them. All in all, great ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The welcome was perfect and the comfort was outstanding. A special thank you to Chadi, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him, we truly felt at home. Everything was flawless — highly recommended! NB: the hotel is very close to Petra
