Petunya Beach Resort All Inclusive

We were here for 15 days from 18th to 31st May. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so most things will be new. This is very positive. The hotel is right on the beach and the turquoise water. If you also want to go into Central Bodrum, it takes about 20 minutes. There is also a nice beach walk outside the hotel where you can run or go for nice walks. The staff are very accommodating and also the guest managers, Guler and Erkan have a professional attitude. big + to the lifeguards and service staff (MehmetCan) made our children feel comfortable and had fun The only negative - is that we feel that the food is not the highest class, this may be because we went during the low season, but we experienced the hotel as very full. There are not many children's options in terms of food. Another problem that the hotel has is that many guests take too much food, we are talking several plates. We know that the hotel is all inclusive, but I think the hotel and their manager should act here both for the environment but also think about other guests.

We spent a 7-day vacation at Petunya Hotel. The hotel stands out for its well-maintained grounds, full of greenery and flowers. The rooms are recently renovated and equipped with everything necessary. As for the food, it is quite varied and fresh – you won't go hungry. Unfortunately, the tableware is old and worn out, and at the bar, drinks are served in worn-out plastic cups that look unappealing. Sometimes, the dishes in the kitchen were not properly washed. In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has a fast-food restaurant with a wide variety of tasty food. Near the beach, there's also a pastry shop offering sweets, snacks, ice cream, and fruits. We got the impression that the hotel is overcrowded for its capacity – if you arrived later to the restaurant, there wasn't much food left. As for the hotel's beach, it's a total disaster: it’s dirty, with trash in the sand that wasn't cleaned at all during our 7-day stay. The sunbeds are old and too few, and on top of that, they were reserved early by guests. If you came to the beach around 7–7:30 AM, it was hard to find any available spots. Some guests would leave their towels on the sunbeds all day without actually being present, leaving others who wanted to enjoy the beach with no available space. The hotel urgently needs to solve this issue, as it ruins the entire vacation. We also didn’t experience much animation or entertainment at the hotel, which made for a rather passive vacation. Overall, it's a good hotel for families with children. Our stay was okay, except for the beach situation

I advise you to avoid this place with small children!!!! I have just finished my stay in this hotel. From the first day only problems, the hotel day starts at 3 pm, although other couples who did not have children received their rooms almost after a short while, unfortunately families with children had to wait almost until noon. After receiving the room and unpacking at the hotel, it turned out that the air conditioning was leaking in the room. They changed my room, you could even say that it was unfinished, dirty, no shelves in the wardrobe, problems with the electrics and many others ... after two days I managed to repair all the defects with the help of their technician. But unfortunately I lost two days and the second thing was that someone was constantly moving around in the room. Additionally, it was unpleasant that you could hear drilling behind the wall because the hotel had not yet finished the renovation, which was very bothersome for my 8-month-old daughter. food of average quality, additionally in the last hour of serving the meal they do not replenish so you have to eat leftovers and it also happened to me that the staff asked the guests to leave the restaurant 15 minutes before the end. People of Russian nationality were much better trawled than others the rest. The staff speaks very little English. I do not recommend avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!
