What a lovely hotel! I stayed here last weekend as I was attending a family wedding nearby. It’s an exceptionally good example of a small, country hotel. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and nice view over the town and hills beyond. The food was exceptionally good, both the dinner in the evening and the very extensive breakfast. Best of all though were the delightful staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended – we will return!
Not Worth the 4 Stars Spa Hours & Booking: The spa has very limited hours (only open from 17:00-20:00) and requires pre-booking, which makes it hard to enjoy spontaneously. Basic Breakfast: Although some vegetables were available, the hot food options were limited, with only bacon and scrambled eggs each morning. There was also no fish offered. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you’re expecting 4-star standards.
A nice location with great wineries, hiking trails and a nice restaurant (Kabale & Liege) in the region. It could be improved with a coffee maker, fridge and quality pillows in the room. (No fridge meant we had to pay for the breakfast and that we couldn't pack a lunch for hiking). Overall a good place on a budget.
