You can buy unusual products here. As long as the goods are in perfect condition and no complaint is necessary, there do not appear to be any problems. However, the prices are quite high. Our experience with a complaint was extremely disappointing. We were promised that damaged chairs would be replaced with new ones. Instead, we received the same chairs back, badly repaired - assuming we wouldn't notice. We were promised a replacement several times over the phone and were put off, but without a call back or solution. Four months have now passed and for us Woodwell has definitely disappointed.
Worth Customer Service Ever ! I Ordered some plates from their website that i already paid at the beginning of September. The shipping delays had to be 14 days after the order. One Month and a half later, still doesn't have my plates and they don't answer back to my mails ! Well done !
