Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive – everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. It made a big difference in how comfortable I felt during my stay. One small point of feedback: the bathrooms could benefit from some renovation or modern updates. They were perfectly clean and functional, but a refresh would make the experience even better. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.
Everything about my stay was excellent. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was truly outstanding – attentive, professional, and friendly. My room was very clean and in great condition, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. A special mention to the housekeeping staff – the lady who cleaned my room was exceptionally kind and polite, and she did a wonderful job every day. Overall, a well-run hotel with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it!
We visited this hotel 2 years ago and again this week. Unfortunately this time the experience was different - the bathroom was flooded in water every time we took a shower because it needed maintenance, the doors were squeaky, and the breakfast/coffee was mediocre. All of what i mentioned doesn’t match the price that we paid in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Also, the cleaning ladies went several times a day into our room, some times we were absent and other times we were present, it was super weird why couldn’t they finish their job once and for all instead of coming back every 2 hours to do something like they do in other hotels, especially that we had precious possessions in the room. Also, in which 4 star hotel do they charge you for the 2 small bottle of waters from the fridge? I know it’s 1 euro but it’s a shame, they don’t even do that in 2 star hotels in Greece. The only good thing was the lunch on the roof, it was very tasty.
