Phi Hotel Corte delle Terme

I spent a week with my family at Alla Corte delle Terme last July and had a great stay. Our suite provided plenty of space and was beautifully furnished. Great air conditioning system, gently cooling the room without shooting cold air. The staff is very polite and helpful. The garden is fantastic, as well as the swimming pool and it's area, fabulous. I enjoyed spending hours in the cool water under the scorching sun. A great holiday all around, can't wait to be back.

Amazing!!! We were there for 2 nights and stayed in the spa/jacuzzi suite. The ground, swimming pool, and patio were beautiful and very serene, and the suite is amazing, with nice amenities, lots of space, nice bedding and decoration. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi very much! The restaurant is great too and the people were all very nice and accommodating (they refunded us one night after our plane change), we stayed in 2 other 4/5 stars hotels during our trip to Italy - and this hotel was the cheapest but our favorite one! Would recommend.

Stayed during a karting event. No dinner available — the restaurant was closed without prior notice. We were even refused permission to eat our own food onsite after a late return. Very inconvenient for teams on a tight schedule. Rooms are old but okay. Outdoor furniture is moldy. Beautiful territory, but looks abandoned. Breakfast was good and served early — the only real plus. This place may have been great once, but now it lacks service and proper maintenance. Definitely not worth 4 stars — 3 at best.
