Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast (sweet or savoury, there's a lot of choice) and one of the best equipped gym you can find in a hotel. There's a restaurant too is you wanna have dinner without going outside.
Overall a very good compromise between price and services. Staff is prepared and kind, rooms are comfortable. I had a problem with the sink in my room and they immediately gave me another room, excellent.
Over the last 20 years I have stayed many times at this hotel. Yesterday I called to make reservations and everything went wrong. The person on the phone didn't want to take my reservation. He said I have to send an email making my request and they will then send my a quote....! Sorry Mr I do not need a quote I wan to make a reservation for two rooms. No way to do that directly on the phone even though I called the hotel directly. Well at that point I didn't want to use more energy discussing the difference between quote and reservation with the clerk and made a reservation at a different hotel. My family and friends have stayed here many times, however, I do not know if I will go back. It's unfortunate as before the service and breakfast was great, now I'm not too sure. AST
