Phi Hotel Sighientu

An amazing hotel that exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfectly organized – spotless cleanliness, well-kept rooms, a large pool, and the hotel’s beach right next door. The all-inclusive meals were tasty and diverse. The hotel offers great value for money. A special thank-you to Ms. Anna, who handled our booking flawlessly – extremely professional and well-organized! The animation team was fantastic – the activities were fun, energetic, and engaging, yet it was easy to relax when we wanted to. There’s so much to do at the hotel that you simply can’t get bored. If anyone is unsure about the 4-star rating – this place definitely deserves more, mainly thanks to the incredible service. Highly recommended!

1. Reception 10/10 - top (especially Lady Anna - polish speaker - super helpful and always with the good advices) 2. Rooms / cleaning 10/10 - top (a bit small bathrooms) 3. Swimming pool 10/10 - top - including service in swimming pool Bar - a vary nice, friendly Crew working there especially 3 sisters : Eleonora, Michela & Sophie. 4. Beach 5/10 - not the fault of the hotel but the hotel beach and the sea there is just below of Sardegna average 5. Restaurant 7/10 - a bit repeatable dishes especially in breakfast (always the same standard) and pretty poor diversity. Lunch and dinner much better but still each 7 days the menu is 100% repeated so no surprises. Anyway - the quality is good , availability of the dishes following of the inbound of guests, friendly service. 5. TOP OF THE TOP - integration Team of Peter Pan. 12/10. Those guys are just awesome. all of them - including pool fitness ; theater events and daily fun organizing.

We stayed at this resort unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The style of the place felt outdated, and the room itself was clearly in need of maintenance and a deep clean!!!! One of the most frustrating aspects was the shared terrace/balcony. It was connected to two other rooms, meaning there was absolutely no privacy. As for the balcony itself it was shocking! There were three bird nests on it, and bird droppings were all over the floor, walls, and railing. It was honestly gross 🤢 While I appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly policy of avoiding plastic ,which is a great initiative !it was strange that although still water was available at the dispensers, sparkling water had been missing for two or three days!!!! The restaurant was another disappointment: the food was really poor in quality, and the menu had very limited options! And it was really strange not to find a complimentary tea station in a resort room! When I asked for a kettle, they sent one without even a single cup !!! and definitely no tea or sugar. I honestly wonder what they thought I needed the kettle for! I truly hope the management takes these points into consideration, as the location has great potential it just needs better care and attention to detail!!!!
