PHI Park Hotel Alcione

Definitely a great stay. Spent 3 nights with my family at PHI. We had what we needed (king bed & large twin), quality towels, great hot and fresh breakfast (fresh fruits and cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs, bacon, a table full of sweet pastries and assorted juices etc.), nice lounge space and some parking available on property. Besides this, we were comfortable. The excellence comes with the staff! They were kind, worked hard and were always professional. Thank you for making our stay great.

The package offered is very appealing with air conditioning in the room, sauna, pool on the roof and breakfast. The service is great, everyone was very nice to. One morning we were a bit late for breakfast but they offered us cappuccini and some stuff from the buffet. Only four stars though because it was a tad expensive nonetheless.

We've booked a room with a balcony and got one without. Ok, that happens, but manager was convincing us they can give us any room that they put in same category, also without balcony. She was also very rude. That is just not acceptable. Not if she is not right, not for my money! Breakfast is very poor, nothing is fresh. Pancakes are cold from refrigerator. There is no warm food for everyone, they don't refill it. AVOID this hotel! They just don't care if you are not satisfied.
