Very pleasantly surprised! The, admittedly, small room was very functional and spotlessly clean. Bed was ultra comfy and the shower powerful and with accurate temperature control. Table and chairs fou d great use as a desk for work and the underfloor heating was very responsive to the thermostat. Communal play room and roof garden with bbq and (I believe heated) pool. 15 minute walk to the North entrance of the Messe. Very easy, no hassle, booking on their website and simple check-in. When some assistance was needed phone was answered immediately by very helpful staff with perfect English.

Perfect location for the trade fair visitors. The rooms are nice, beautiful bathroom, fully stocked kitchen. Everything around the rooms is exceptional though. Cinema, rooftop hangout, sauna, game room, cinema. We walked around just exploring all the extras for 30 minutes. The self service kiosk is also just impressive. Anything you could need for snacking and more

the hotel has great facilities, a cinema, a gaming area: pool, poker, pingpong, a pool (you can’t swim in it but still the water is nice) and sauna on the rooftop. so far so good. it’s a selfservice hotel, and that isn’t a problem UNLESS you have a problem. in that case, it’s impossible to get in contact with someone to ask for help. you can only enter the room on 1 mobile phone, through an app, not very comfortable. they rent out 1 person rooms (with 1 person pillows, 1 person sheets and 1 chair in the room) for two persons, and we tried to text and call about it, but got no response. the rooms got no airconditioning and get very, very warm, even when it’s just 23C outside. the charging stations for electric vehicles also don’t work. all together, probably good intentions, but every choice made felt like an easy way out.
