One of the filthiest hotel rooms that we have stayed so far. First of all, we booked the room through booking.com and paid all the taxes that costed us around 5BD(50 AED approx) on top of that the receptionist charged us additional 4BD (40 aed) as tourism tax which was clearly charged to us by booking.com. It was late in the evening around 10 pm, so didn’t bother arguing. No fresh towels, no soaps/ handwash / we called the reception/ housekeeping/ no response. There was no one at the reception at 10.30 PM where we can make a complaint. We ended up buying handwash and soap from a nearest supermarket. As a hotel it becomes your responsibility to provide basic services. Next comes the cleanliness, attached some of the pics where you can see for yourself. For about 25BD approx you get a much much better quality hotel rooms. I won’t even spend 5BD for this room. Very disappointed with the photos that you show online and there should be an option to show us the room and refund the payment if we don’t like it. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
