Lived in this complex for many months. Very big problems with cleaning. There is practically no difference between the apartment before and after cleaning, with the exception of clean mirrors. They pay attention to them. The staff at the reception is pleasant and very friendly. old, almost all the cabinets in the kitchen are broken and the cleaning is at the lowest level. Advice from me: use a vacuum cleaner please and wash the floors your customers pay for the service but you provide it for 30% out of 100. I can put 1 star because the people at the reception are nice but -4 for the rest of the service.

I lived in this apartments for several months, I am also outraged by the cleaning. Sometimes the cleaning does not come to clean at all.
