Phoenician Resort

Super lovely staff on front door, everyone in building is super respectful and really kind! Rooms are clean and comfy… makes you feel just like at home! Really impressed with everyone involved at Phoenician, amazing facilities

I stayed for work which was across the road at the convention centre. Great location for that and the Casino (walking distance) plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable, clean but had a funny smell a few days later also in the hallway. Free parking. Reception was friendly and very helpful.

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service From the moment I arrived the service at the Phoenician Resort was outstanding. The team were warm, professional and made me feel genuinely welcome from check in all the way through to my departure. My stay was comfortable and relaxing with the resort facilities really adding to the experience. The spa, pool and sauna were all beautifully maintained and created the perfect environment to unwind. The on site gym is a great bonus for keeping active during stays, however I never utilised this myself. The suite itself was well appointed and while there was a minor issue with the toilet paper supply (3/4 roll and just one spare) and no complimentary milk, these were just small things and didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. More just something to be aware of for future guests. One note worth mentioning: My dining experience at La Porchetta with other guests staying at same resort was disappointing and didn’t reflect the high standards of the resort itself. While this technically isn’t a direct reflection on the resort, it could influence the perception of the overall stay. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Phoenician and would happily return. A great choice for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and top tier amenities.
