New, clean, tidy good location. The breakfast is nice, you should try rolls here (banh cuon).
Had a great time at Phoenix Hotel. Room service was delicious. View was incredible. Only downside is that it is a 15-20 minute walk from the main centre so if you don’t have a bike then you’ll rely on walking or taxis. Otherwise no complaints.
As soon as I walked into the room, I saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. Couch got a white stain on it. The bathroom got a kind of see through curtain, if you need privacy do not go here and if you dont care about privacy don't go here anyways please. The lobby smells so bad too, the rooms does not have sound proof walls and I can hear the television from the other room. Overall just super dirty, terrible.
