Truly delighted with my stay at this hotel. I’ve been coming here for a few years now whenever there’s availability, and it’s always a pleasure. It consistently exceeds expectations. Finding a place in London that really suits me isn’t easy, but this one gets it just right. On top of that, the team is genuinely customer-oriented and responsive. A special thank you to Mary for her outstanding follow-up and warm hospitality — it really made the experience even better! Marc
The location is perfect for sight seeing trips. The room was a bit small and lacked of fridge, also some of the electrical sockets were not working although they were turned on. The breakfast is very good and enough, not a classical English breakfast but they served nearly everything for a classic European breakfast. I strongly suggest this price and performance option for the London visitors.
Rooms were very clean. Ground floor room was noisy and very hot. Reasonably priced for location. Substantial continental breakfast! However breakfast room was very busy and tables packed together, so time your breakfast carefully. Lovely staff who were happy to help. Tea and coffee in the room are hidden in the cupboard 😁
