We didn’t stay here but we got lost and found our way here. We asked the reception and she very kindly arranged for a buggy to bring us back to our parking compound. The exceptional service makes me want to return to experience the full hospitality at this hotel on my next trip.
Great place to stay for family if you want to seeeast side of jeju
DO NOT STAY. The facilities are literally falling apart. The place is in serious, serious disrepair. Inside and outside. The hallways feel haunted because of the tearing wall paper and stained and peeling carpet. You could tell there were a bunch of water leaks from the stains in the ceiling. Maybe even mold from the appearance. We walked into our room and they were dusty and smelled of chlorine. We asked for a different room and it wasn’t better. We asked for a refund and drove an hour and a half to a different resort that surprisingly didn’t cost that much more and was much better.
