Good Value Stay in a Convenient Location This is a small, family-run hotel with a great location—just a short walk to the Cathedral, Train Street, and a Michelin-rated restaurant. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore Hanoi on foot. The room had wooden furniture that gave it a slightly nostalgic, traditional feel. The couple running the place were friendly and helpful. We arrived before noon, and they still let us check in early, which was much appreciated. The lady showed us to our room and kindly pointed out that drinks in the minibar would cost extra—a small but thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but considering the price, it was more than acceptable. Most of the food suited my taste. Overall, this hotel offers solid value for the price. If you're looking for a straightforward, well-located place with kind hosts, this is a good choice.

It's on a noisy street. Breakfast is simple (choice of one of few egg types or pho, variety of fruits and toasts). The staff works very well, the room is clean and bright.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The image of the room shown in the web site doesn’t portrays the reality. We paid for a window room but there was no window. The room was suffocating because it had no ventilation, and it smelled even if we turned on the air conditioner. There a presence of mole on the wall in the room and bathroom. The bed linen smelled sweat with yellow spot and the odor was really unpleasant. It was a really unhealthy and very bad condition. We supposed to stay for 3 nights, but the next morning we decided to change the hotel.
