Nice place for skiing lovers. With full facilities, including hotels/condo inside, skiing rental shop, restaurants, etc. Staff services is excellent. We got support timely from the guard when having some troubles during skiing section. Will come back.
This place has the capacity to accommodate large numbers of people. The location is excellent.
Front desk service was nice and friendly. Some of them were able to understand simple English. The cleanliness of the rooms can be better. There were hairs on the floor, towel and pillow and you can tell there were some incomplete cleaning in the room as well as stains on the cushions and crumbs. There was a foul smell in the first room we were in and we requested to change to another room. When we were resting in the room, a room service came into our room to take one of the cushion away which was a shock to us as we were already in the room. The ski was a great experience but I don’t think we will come back to this resort again.
