A truly luxurious and magical experience – unforgettable stay in Crete! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful and elegant atmosphere, as well as the incredibly warm welcome we received at the reception – both from the lady and the gentleman working there. Every detail of the interior design was breathtaking: a perfect harmony of luxury and serenity. One of the most unique and magical touches was the use of amethyst stones, beautifully integrated into the décor throughout the entire hotel. They added not only visual charm, but also an incredible sense of positive, clean energy that could be felt in every corner of the space. The hotel was spotlessly clean and everything was prepared with the highest attention to detail. We had daily cleaning service, fresh towels, bathrobes, and slippers provided – just as you’d expect in a top-class luxury hotel. The level of cleanliness and care really stood out and made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The entire staff – from the manager, to the receptionists, restaurant team, and housekeeping – was exceptionally kind, helpful, and truly dedicated to making guests feel special and cared for. This is a modern luxury hotel where not only do you feel pampered and valued, but also surrounded by beauty and elegance everywhere you look. Thanks to the stunning interior and exterior design, it’s a perfect place to take unforgettable holiday photos – whether by the pool, in your room, or anywhere on the beautiful grounds. We’re so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking peace, luxury, and a little touch of magic.

In my opinion, Phos Hotel is simply the best hotel in Agia Marina – hands down. No other hotel in the area can match it in terms of design, equipment, location, or service. I’ve stayed in around 10 different hotels here over the years, and nothing comes close to the level of comfort and quality Phos offers. I’ve known this hotel since before it officially opened, and I’m still impressed every time I visit. Everything is well thought-out, modern, and beautiful – from the rooms to the shared spaces. The staff is exceptional: warm, attentive, and always professional. The location is ideal – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a place that truly combines style, comfort, and authentic Greek hospitality, Phos is the one. I can’t recommend it enough – this is where you want to stay in Agia Marina.

We had a fantastic stay at Phos Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been finished to a high standard. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and were happy to help with restaurant and beach recommendations as well as car hire. We had a swim up room which had sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Breakfast provided a good selection. The area itself is a little touristy but great restaurants, supermarkets and the beach were all within walking distance.
