Phu Thinh Boutique Resort & Spa

Phu Thinh Resort is a lovely place to stay. We were greeted very warmly when we arrived. All the staff are so friendly. You are given a map of the local area with all the things to do so you can find your way around nice and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. Had a balcony overlooking the pool which was beautiful. It's only a short walk to the main area of Hoi An. I would highly recommend staying at Phu Thinh, I will again when I come back to Hoi An. 😁

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic rooms, attentive staff and lovely grounds with pool. The lily pad pond near the restaurant is a great touch, lovely to sit by and the breakfast is pretty good too. I'm vegan and had no issues having a full and filling breakfast and was greeted every morning with a smile. Worth every penny! Great location with free pedal bikes to go explore. It was a pleasure to spend time here

I am not sure how this place got this many good reviews. Room is okay, walls are bit dirty for a “4-star international hotel”. It’s kind of in the middle (about 900m to 1k to the tailors and good restaurants) so if it’s really boiling outside or if you are in a hurry, you won’t find a grab taxi. I found a clean towel with stain marks and shower curtain was dirty. Bathtub and sink could have been cleaned better. Customer service was just okay. 2 stars for the pool,spa and other services they offer. (I didn’t use any of them) Overall: It’s not terrible but it’s not great either. Tip: always check grab price estimate before you haggle taxi fare, hotel taxi initially quoted 400k and then matched my grab fare estimate which was about 350k
