Phuc Long Luxury Danang

I had a fantastic experience staying at Phuc Long during my vacation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The Presidential Suite was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent – the pool was clean and relaxing, the gym had all the essentials, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Special thanks to all team members for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

The hotel is very nice, but the rooms are very badly thought out, the bathroom in particular. The idea of a showing in a big tub without anything stopping water spraying everywhere is just silly. They also have very hard beds and not enough towels to go around. Staff are helpful, location is great, but it could have been so much better.

I had a somewhat disappointing experience in here.I booked a room with a king-size bed, but was given a twin room with two beds pushed together. As a result, the bed sheet didn’t fit properly and looked messy. The mattress was quite soft and sunken, if you prefer a firmer bed, it may cause back pain.In my friend’s room, they didn’t use the chips or drinks in the minibar, but during check-out, the staff said one bag of chips had already been opened and one drink can had been opened and resealed. This was frustrating as it seems the room was not properly inspected before we checked in, and we were charged for items we didn’t use.The bathroom design was also not ideal. Even though there was a bathtub, we had to stand inside it to shower. The deluxe room with partial sea view had no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the showerhead was mounted very high, difficult for shorter people to use comfortably. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and beautifully decorated, giving a good first impression. I hope the hotel improves these issues to better match the “Luxury” in its name. 😒
