Phuket Emerald Beach Resort

The hotel is new and very clean. It’s amazing for kids, with various pools, slides, and a kids’ room that offers different activities every day. Not all activities are free, but 200–400 baht per hour is reasonable. The beach is literally across the road. The staff are incredibly accommodating and will meet almost all your needs. Unfortunately, my daughter had a high fever during our stay. Not only did they follow up with several calls to check on her, but they also offered a free ride to the nearest doctor. They were also preparing special flu tea using the ingredients I have requested from their buffet (not just basic tea, but herbal remedy). Special thanks to An from the buffet—she learned the recipe, so I didn’t have to repeat it to the staff each time. The family room had open shower design, which is not super convenient with kids as they splash all over the bathroom. But room service is coming every day. Buffet options are great for breakfast. Healthy and to suit almost everyone.

Thumbs up for the hospitality and all the staff! The security personnel guarding the parking area were especially helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel’s service. Unfortunately, during our stay, the kids' slide was still under renovation, so my children didn’t get a chance to try it. However, the adult slide was available and it was totally fun! I highly recommend booking a ground floor room with direct pool access for a more enjoyable experience. if you have kids, don't forget to bring to kids club.

The hotel is very beautiful and ideally located in the quiet Karon area, away from the noise, making it a perfect place for families. The hotel services are excellent, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to meet any needs or requests. The water park at the hotel is fantastic. Many essential shops such as currency exchange, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are available nearby. To reach other areas, the hotel provides transportation and assists in organizing activities and tours. It’s one of the hotels I highly recommend, and they offer connecting family rooms.
