Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa Nai Yang Beach

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax, a refrigerator, a cozy living area, and access to a beautiful sunbathing spot by the pool. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the property itself is large and beautifully kept. I loved the golf cart service to get around, and even on rainy days, there were fun activities to enjoy. If I ever have the chance, I would happily come back again. The wonderful staff truly made our stay unforgettable, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here.

I don’t usually write reviews unless the service is exceptionally good—or disappointing. In this case, our stay at this Marriott truly stood out. We’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, including JW Marriott locations, but this one has become my absolute favorite. From its peaceful, serene location to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast alone is worth every penny—so many healthy, fresh, and incredibly delicious options to choose from each morning. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. If I ever return to Phuket, this is without a doubt where I’ll be staying again. Truly a memorable experience. I’d highly recommend it!

We stayed 5 nights at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach with our 8-12-year-old children, opting for the all-inclusive package. The resort is impeccably clean, with everything conveniently accessible. The breakfasts are outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The restaurants offer diverse and tasty dishes, including fantastic local flavors. The bar service is excellent. We frequently visited Big Fish Restaurant & Bar, where Sophia made us feel truly welcome. The staff at Big Fish and Mama’s Kitchen were incredibly friendly and attentive. Room cleaning was obsessively thorough. The beach is beautiful, cleaned daily by a dedicated team, and the tidal movements offer a unique experience. The pool is perfectly suited for children, making it ideal for families. Highly recommend this resort for a family vacation!
