We stayed at the hotel for a wonderful week – parents with three children – and had a truly enjoyable family experience. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide range of activities for all ages – kids, teens, and adults. The atmosphere is pleasant, the facilities are well-maintained, and the pools are fantastic. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and exceptionally attentive. We would like to especially thank Patt and the breakfast team, who went above and beyond to accommodate our youngest daughter’s gluten-free needs. Not only were special gluten-free meals prepared for her, but the chef even ordered new gluten-free ingredients after noticing she didn’t enjoy some of the options. This kind of personal care was truly heartwarming and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast itself was rich, varied, and delicious, adding so much to our overall experience. In conclusion – we had a fantastic week at the hotel, enjoyed every moment, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation with excellent service and genuine personal attention.
