Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to the team in the kitchen and dining area – breakfast was included, very diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for the whole family. Food quality was excellent and service very professional. Our kids loved the kids room and asked to go back every day. The babysitters were caring, friendly, and knew how to connect with children of different nationalities. The hotel also has a small but nice playground. The territory is beautiful and well maintained, with three clean pools (including one for kids), fun water slides, a gym, lush tropical gardens, and even an authentic sculpture. The only area for improvement would be room quality and slightly more attentive cleaning, but this was easily outweighed by everything else. The location is excellent: the sea is just across the road, and both Karon and Kata tourists areas are only 5–10 minutes away. Overall, Orchid Phuket Resort is the best hotel in the Karon Beach area, especially for family stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing. I spent hours just lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service and amazing facilities. I will definitely be coming back.

My Family and I (wife and infant) stayed for three weeks in a pool access room with breakfast included. The room had been recently renovated and was very comfortable with a good size, the Cot was very good for a fold-out. The pools are great with the water slides and the kids pool is great for the little ones. The small playground is another great space for little kids. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very caring and attentive, thanks for the requested poached eggs which were great. Special shout out to Keaw and Supit at breakfast for teaching some Thai and being so friendly with our little one. Location is fantastic close to massage, restaurants, beach, shops etc. the exchange places had the best rates out of Karon and Kata. Overall a fantastic place for families and we will stay there again when we revisit Thailand!
