In front of the Rawai sea embankment Quite scenery. Boats to the islands right there. But you can not swim here. Too shallow, and the boats are everywhere. To the Yunai beach you walk 30 min, or taxi 5-7 min, 200 baht a car, 50 baht a taxibike (2025). NaiHarn beach is recommended too Hotel pool open until 21.00. No breakfast service. Strong wifi signal. A lot of people live here for long periods like a year. Walking 5 min to the seafood market.

Overall comfortable stay in very convenient location. Good value for money. Would stay here again on a budget trip. + near to restaurants and beach (though this beach is full of boats, not really for swimming), other beaches are within 10min drive. + bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean (Deluxe Studio) + balcony was large and comfortable + storage space to hang clothes + room cleaned daily, free bottle of water + great sized pool + bath tub, soap and shampoo included - towels are old, especially the pool towels - there’s no ‘do not disturb’ sign for the room so expect to get woken up by the cleaners or try to tell reception to ask them to clean your room late if you need to sleep in. - weak water pressure during the day time - strangely it seemed like they were changing the pillows daily, couldn’t seem to find the same arrangement of pillows to sleep on each night. - Sun bed mattresses at swimming pool have seen better days. Broken, old, not appealing to sit on.

We stayed for three days in January 2025 (high season). For two and a half days the nice looking pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. No apology. We were offered to use the pool at a different hotel which turned out to be very inconvenient. During the half-day we could use the pool we noticed that many tiles had been removed, leaving sharp edges and cement crumbling into the pool water. The deckchairs were old and falling apart. The cushions dirty with bird poo as nobody was looking after the pool area. The beach towels handed out had massive holes. As a positive, we had a large apartment style room with a full kitchen. Except that there was no cutlery, crockery or anything to make use of the kitchen. No chairs, table or clothes rack on the balcony. The bedside tables in the bedrooms had been removed. Above all the reception staff was grumpy wondering how you could dare to ask for something. We had a nice view from the balcony onto the pool area. But closing our eyes it felt like being in downtown Bangkok. Construction noise, generators running, noisy boat engines, road noise.....
