Phukumhom resort was the best resort that i have ever went to. Everything is very good, and there are no bad things. Food is very delicious and the price is acceptable. There are many activities like Archery and swimming. There is a lot of space for us to run around. The rooms are also comfortable and beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable that i ever slept in. The food is also healthy. We can also buy food at a cheap price to feed animals. Service is the best. All the managers are very kind and helpful. The toilets also has a place that we can go outside which is beautiful and nature. Air pollution at this resort is very low, most of the time it will be less than 50 AQI. There are many things in the room, with a TV, some snacks and water, a kettle, and much more. Swimming pool has nice flooring and clean water. The depth is also well balanced. Our stay here was deeply disappointing and unsettling. We had booked two rooms — one Deluxe and one Twin with a bathtub — but were only given one room upon arrival, with no proper explanation. The facilities were not hygienic at all. The furniture was extremely old and worn out, adding to the overall discomfort. Breakfast was tasteless and poorly presented — it honestly looked terrifying and completely unappetizing. The atmosphere of the hotel was strange and even a bit scary. At night, the place was completely deserted, with barely any lighting and no people around. All the floors and even the main entrance door were locked, which made us feel trapped rather than safe. It felt very unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and unapproachable. They did not communicate with us face-to-face, which added to the feeling of being ignored and isolated. Also, the location was far from the Nature Park, which was a big disappointment since that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and strange hotel experiences we've ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until serious improvements are made.

The room are dirty, floor look like have 100 years, and never was washed. Old furniture hard materace. Far a way from Natura park and all things . Breakfast not taste. No recomended
