Interesting room with private jacuzzi. The room is spacious and neat, with a comfy shower room, towels, and clean bed. Small refrigerator available although not really cold. If I had one suggestion, it would be the privacy of the outdoor jacuzzi. It is facing directly to the restaurant on the opposite side, the curtain couldn’t really block the view from outside hence can’t soak in the jacuzzi naked. Even with swimwear it’s a bit weird anyways. The location is not bad if you rented a car, they have a small outdoor place to park up to 5 cars I believe.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping and business street, making it easy to reach key places. However, it does not fully meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. The property needs renovation to stay competitive, as it feels quite empty with very few guests. Despite this, there are some positives. The location is excellent, and the housekeeping service is very good. The linens and bedding are neatly maintained. However, the furniture and bathroom fittings are old and need replacement. The breakfast options are limited, but the food tastes good. The staff is helpful and courteous. The best feature of the hotel is its swimming pool, which is wide and long, and even includes a water slide. Overall, I hope to see some improvements and a refreshed atmosphere in the future. I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM with a booking for 3 rooms, which I had made more than a month in advance. Upon check-in, I was told that the hotel was under renovation and that I could cancel for a full refund if I wanted. After a long, exhausting trip, trying to find another hotel last-minute was not an option, so I had no choice but to stay for one night. The rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained, and the facilities were just as bad. As soon as you walk into the hotel, there’s a strong sewage smell that’s very unpleasant. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of communication. They had over a month to inform me about the renovation, but I only found out when I arrived. That kind of last-minute notice is unacceptable for any hotel. Would not stay again and do not recommend unless serious improvements are made — both in the facilities and in how they communicate with guests.
