Without a doubt the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I stayed in a house on 26 governors rd. House was not fully clean apon arrival. There was hair left in one of the beds and in the bathroom sink as if somebody was shaving above the sink. The house also smelt moldy. When checking out we cleaned the house so it was actually cleaner then when we checked in, filled the dishwasher and turned it on, left a bin bag outside in the garage because there were no bins provided. Hours later I received a request for $45 for cleaning fees and to my surprise seen photos attached of dishes all over the kitchen and the rubbish we left in the bags outside in the garage was spread all over the house to insinuate that we left the house in that state. These are complete scammers and I would highly recommend anybody thinking of staying at this property to reconsider your decision.

Absolute joke of a company. Stayed at 5/26 Government Road Nelson bay during the week. Left the place spotless and gathered all rubbish and put into bags and left in the garage as there was no larger wheelie bins provided. Later to receive a notification from Air B&B that the company was requesting $50 for a mess we left behind. Every single piece of rubbish that is in the photos was taken back out of the bags and left around to fabricate the pictures to look like we left a mess. Dishwasher was also broken and wouldn’t turn on to wash the dishes, this should be in working order. There was hair in the beds and the sink up stairs would indicate the house wasn’t cleaned correctly. Disgraceful behaviour, almost childish.

3/17 Ondine Cl - Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I booked this property for a weekend with my family, including my 7-month-old baby, and it was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, the place had a strong moldy odor, felt old and poorly maintained. The beds were unmade, linens just left on top, no towels provided, and the mattresses and pillows were smelly. The furniture was outdated, dirty, and looked like it was picked up from the street. Multiple lights weren’t working, the kitchen was filthy, with dirty dishes, cutlery, and a disgusting toaster, making it unusable. Walls were stained, wardrobes smelled bad, and there was mold in the house. I immediately requested to be moved, but no action was taken, and I was left dealing with an unacceptable stay. After complaining, they only offered a 20% refund, which is completely inadequate given the conditions. I am fighting for a full refund and still waiting to hear from them. Most importantly, they BLAME me for not trying harder to me reallocated. ABSURD. This place should not be available for rent, and the management is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs!
