Piajo Relax Hotel

A special thanks to all the staff who work hard and have been lovely. Thank you everyone and Antonio at reception. The only downer was in the rooms as I ideally would have liked to have a kettle. Also not as clean as I would have expected in the shower area. Overall, a Recommended spa hotel!! Their fragrance sticks when entering the hotel are amazing!! Enjoyed and would return.

Spa has no umbrellas for shade – not ideal for a wellness weekend We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is clean, and the food was good – some dishes even stood out. Staff-wise, it’s hit or miss: a few team members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, others less so. Unfortunately, the spa was a letdown. It’s quite small and really not suitable for a full wellness weekend. There are no umbrellas or shaded areas outside, so on sunny days it’s impossible to relax comfortably. To make matters worse, there’s loud jazz music playing throughout the spa – even inside the saunas – which completely kills the relaxing atmosphere. All saunas are textile, which might not be for everyone. Another downside: parking is not covered, so your car is left standing in the full sun. All in all, a nice hotel if you’re looking for a short stay with a spa – but I wouldn’t recommend it if your focus is on relaxation and wellness.

Disappointing Stay with Unjustifiable Kid Restrictions Our recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to their baffling and inflexible policy regarding children. While the hotel does allow kids, it prohibits them from entering any of its facilities, including the outdoor pool. This makes absolutely no sense and severely limited our ability to enjoy our vacation as a family. We specifically asked if we could access the pool right when it opened, hoping for a brief window of opportunity for our children, but were met with a firm "no." The staff was very inflexible and offered no reasonable solutions or explanations for this contradictory policy. It's truly disappointing to choose a hotel that seemingly caters to families, only to find that children are barred from all the amenities. This policy made for a very frustrating and unenjoyable experience.
