We spent a weekend with friends in this property. The Ginestra apartment is very well-kept, with all the comforts. We felt like we were at home... the outside very well-kept, in the middle of the woods. Pleasant pool view. Much appreciated the mattress that together with the silence guaranteed us a restful sleep! In the surroundings: Sassetta, Terme la Cerreta, Larderello, San Silvestro mining park, Suvereto and many other wonderful villages.

We stayed two nights during the June 2nd long weekend. Pros: - beautiful and well-kept outdoor garden with a secluded pool - large spaces inside the houses - comfortable beds Cons: - Road to get there really disastrous and dangerous for those who do not have an SUV - there is no signal and the WiFI connection is non-existent, even though it seems to be there - you are asked to wash the dishes used - but isn't there a cleaning service? - rooms in the house poorly soundproofed, even one of our house overlooked directly the stairs - not closed - of the floor below - it would be nice, given the distance from the village, to provide a few bottles of welcome water

I also thank Mrs. Marina who was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. I'm sorry but I won't leave a positive review and I'm writing here to avoid a negative public review. Our San Michele apartment was very beautiful as was the entire property and I congratulate it because of this . Unfortunately, the furniture in the living room containing the dishes and furnishings smelled of what we thought was a strong musty odor. Even in the upstairs you could clearly smell this unpleasant smell as well as in the living room and I won't tell you by opening the cabinet containing the bed cushions on the upper floor. In the laundry room in the common room it was unbearable and unthinkable to go and wash something. The cabinet containing the rubbish under the sink that had just arrived and not yet been used was smelly enough to annoy while washing the dishes. In the bathroom there was no shower mat on which to rest your feet. The breakfast offered on the book at 12 euros at the time of the information request was increased to 20 euros. I would say an excessive amount. Honestly, we didn't see photos or anything and they told us that it was both sweet and savory but in my opinion it was better to make a diversified proposal. The Wifi in the apartment was almost unusable as on all the devices in our possession it was constantly disconnected or, despite making it clear that there was an internet connection, in fact it was not possible to write or navigate except sporadically. I believe that with greater attention and maintenance it could make an already splendid place enchanting.
