Piazza Boutique Hotel

Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower. Room was clean, bathroom had the jet spray along with other amenities and each floor has 2 rooms only which was much peaceful for the stay. Finding entrance is a challenge as Reception is one for all hotels and situated at Piazza Four Colours Ground Floor. Check-in Check-out was smooth. Only thing needing consideration is breakfast timing which starts at 8 AM. We had to catch train at 8 and missed the breakfast as timing is not suitable for early morning tourists

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is great It was a nightmare to find the entrance of the hotel since the door was locked the entrance is only through the main square. And the main square is always busy with some programs/ live music or some events will definitely take place There will not be any staff to assist you, full of tourists, good luck finding the way Finally got the location then there was no staff at checkin desk Walk again all the way to the different building of the hotel, check in and come back here Breakfast is booked however, you’ll hardly find any place to accommodate yourself because it’s a small restaurant with only a few tables. Hotel is PACKED with guests. I finally saw one staff standing at the restaurant. I smiled and wished him good morning. He looked me from head to toe and left. He was in black attire. I followed him till the lift area, “excuse me, excuse me”, he didn’t even turn or bothered acknowledging. There is only one lift. Lucky enough if you find some space I did regret booking it for my birthday There was NO duvet or blanket in the room. I opened the cupboard in the middle of the night and found one folded duvet, found it dirty/ stained after opening it Just had to wait for the night to finish. I left the key at reception since there was no one again and I left If you are looking for some peace at night, it is not a place. Parties and events will be there whole night If looking just to crash out somewhere at night and since it is close to almost everywhere, can consider it

Centrally located hotel, but facilities and service need improvement I was looking for a hotel which is close to all attractions, in fact it is located in one of the attractions It is a good point To start with a positive side, rooms are clean, location is good, breakfast has 8 to 10 items, which starts at 8:00 a.m. Now for the issues, firstly they don't have clear signage on the reception, we came with big bags, and had to move to the opposite side, because the location which Google maps gave for the hotel reception was not at the place Second is room heating, it is December, and the weather is cold, the room was not pre-heated, the radiators were not working, the air compressors remote was dead One more problem is the language, the staff only understands Georgian for the most part, very hard to communicate if you need anything For the price they charge, I would wait it has average.
