Stayed with these guys a few times. Last night we stayed in Balmoral apartment as a little treat for a night out! Perfect spot, even though we live locally felt like a holiday! My fave apartment I have stayed in with Pure and easy. Perfect treat as a little extra when away from the kids for a night!

Be warned if staying here the barely English speaking cleaners will turn up unannounced whenever they feel like. Will let themselves in to rooms whether people are inside or not. Very rude, stood there from 9am on check out day despite being reminded check out was 10.30am. We left at 10.29am proving a point of check out time to be grunted with finally your leaving and fake smiles. Rooms were okay. Wouldn't stay again due to the issue with cleaners.

Demanded a £150 deposit for one night, which was "hidden in the small print" as I use the booking.com app I did not see this and found it very hard to find afterwards as not in payment, or policies section. Then read all the reviews about deposits not being returned and requested a refund, which they refused, so lost the payment and didn't stay. Customer service was rude and Manager did not call despite me leaving several messages and emails.
