Lovely converted apartment, communal microwave, glasses and the all important bottle opener! Our room was rather small but comfortable with a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.... would stay again in a bigger room.

As others have stated, very noisy rooms without isolation.You can hear when your neighbour is having a conversation or when someone opens a drawer, I suggest in bringing ear plugs if you plan to stay here (however I would suggest in looking for a more noise canceled place).The breakfest is verry sweet and unnutricious. On the bright side the location is decent if you plan to visit Vatican and the bed is confortable.

This is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast, 5 small (Piccolo) rooms built into one ground floor apartment. Our room was very small, I could barely walk from one side of the bed to the other, tiny bathroom. No noise insulation between rooms and the road noise will wake you around 6am unless you wear earplugs. Good location and very clean, decent breakfast. Good for budget travel but please check room size meets your needs. Very friendly owner but make sure confirm communications before arriving as they need to let you into the building and provide keys, they do not live on site.
