Just perfect! Lovely hotel! Made us feel very special, everything at this hotel is well thought. The rooms have an amazing view of the beach. The beach is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At breakfast since the second day of our stay the staff already knew what we wanted.
The location, staff, and breakfast definitely live up to the 4-star rating, but the infrastructure itself barely deserves 3 stars by international standards. Accessibility is outdated, surfaces are repeatedly painted over in white, and the floors are covered in a grey plastic coating. While high-exposure photos may make it look appealing, a closer inspection reveals how worn and overused everything truly is. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell—likely due to a moisture issue somewhere. Even more inconvenient, the entrance door is actually the front window, which lacks any mosquito protection. So unless you're willing to share your room with a buzzing crowd (and there are plenty), you’ll need to keep it shut. That’s especially disappointing since it’s the only window, and you can’t even enjoy the sound of the waves at night without leaving your “front door” open while you sleep. As for the so-called “private beach”: it’s not exclusive to hotel guests. Anyone who pays for a sunbed and umbrella can access it. Since it’s one of the few options in town and does offer a lovely view, it becomes overcrowded quickly—so don’t expect a peaceful or relaxing beach experience.
This Hotel does not comply with our honour it's own Booking Terms The booking terms stated that I could amend our booking, but yet when I tried to amend I was told this was not possible (which completely contradicts the booking terms!!) and that also I was not entitled to a refund, very poor indeed and breach of the contract I had as per the booking conditions I received appalling customer service, the like of which I have never encountered in over 40 years! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY !!! Scandalous !!
