An unforgettable stay at Aqua Resort Marrakech! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply amazing. The water rides were thrilling and perfect for both kids and adults — endless fun all day long! Breakfast was jaw-dropping — an incredible spread with fresh, delicious options for every taste. We looked forward to it every morning. The poolside activities kept the energy high, thanks to the lively and friendly staff who made sure everyone was having a blast. And the evening entertainment by the bar crew was top-tier — fun, engaging, and the perfect way to wind down the day. Can’t recommend this place enough for families or anyone looking for fun, relaxation, and 5-star service. We’re already planning our return!

We spent 7 wonderful days at the Pickalbatros Aqua Fun in Marrakech and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is fantastic – very clean, beautifully maintained, and with an absolutely amazing water park that kept both kids and adults entertained every single day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options at every meal – something for everyone, and everything fresh and flavorful. What really stood out was the entertainment team – full of energy, creativity, and professionalism. Honestly, it was some of the best entertainment we’ve seen at any resort. We would 100% recommend this hotel to families or couples looking for a fun, relaxing and memorable holiday in Marrakech. Can’t wait to come back!

I am currently staying at this hotel and am experiencing the worst holiday ever. I am failing to see the 5 star standard. I have changed rooms because of the presence of insect eggs and infestation of ants, hair in my bed on bobbled sheets so I couldn't sleep in the bed... The new room is also infested with ants and now have found a couple of silverfish.. The maintenance in the room is poor with lots of cracks granting easy access for bugs. The hotel is slow to act on anything. The food is not great, kids are left unsupervised to pick with hands but the worst is there are no labels on the items with regards to allergens. My daughter who has a severe nut allergy has been scared to eat anything. There are not enough serving spoons provided so cross contamination is at a dangerous level. If you have any food allergy issues, do not stay here. If you don't mind sharing your room with bugs, you will be fine!
