We really liked the place and our time spending here! The restaurants are amazing and different. Fantastic atmosphere over the hotel. It was a very supportable guest relation services and specially the entertainment team. Special thanks to Tamer the chief, really made our vacation and gave us lots of emotions. Amazing housekeeping and the kitchen service. Wish to come back here again!
Our reservation was upgraded and the staff were all friendly and kind. The food was good and everything was paid along the stay with the booking. The view and hotel structure was beautiful. There was fun for every age during the day, either swimming or at night dancing and music or cafes. The shopping inside the resort was nice for anyone wanting to swim or get slippers and so forth.
I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Citadel and had an amazing experience. The resort is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views and a beautifully designed layout. The rooms are extremely spacious, making you feel like you’re truly in a little slice of paradise. The food was delicious, offering plenty of variety, and the staff—especially in the restaurants and animation team—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lifeguards at the infinity pool deserve a special mention as well; they were absolutely fantastic, attentive, and made you feel very safe while enjoying the pool. The entertainment was great and there’s so much to do that you really don’t even need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. That said, there are a few points for improvement. The beds are on the harder side, which might not suit everyone. The on-site vendors can be quite pushy and annoying at times, and the reception staff could be a bit warmer in their approach. Also, the layout of the resort involves a lot of walking and stairs, which could be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Overall though, I would still give Pickalbatros Citadel a solid 9 out of 10. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy, and feel like you’ve stepped into paradise.
