This hotel is truly exceptional, offering a remarkably comfortable, friendly, safe, beautiful, and clean environment. The experience begins with outstanding hospitality at check-in, where the professional staff greets guests with warm smiles and generously offers breakfast while preparing the room. The breakfast buffet provides an extensive selection of fresh, high-quality food with plenty of variety. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, and while the furniture may not be the newest, it is still well-maintained. The pools are impeccably clean, and the housekeeping service is exceptionally professional, always ensuring guests' needs are met and politely declining tips, despite deserving them. This was the first visit to this hotel, but it certainly will not be the last. The Lebanese restaurant deserves special mention, as they serve the most delicious meals. The chef and staff are truly amazing. In short, the entire experience has been absolutely amazing.

Great people and great service. Stayed only for a few days for a vacation off of work and had a lot of fun, was definitely worth the stay. Didi and Kseniia who worked for the entertainment team were also with us every morning, entertaining us with a bunch of pool games and zumba. Food is great, cleanliness is top tier.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – 5 Stars! Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Resort was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of joy. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team – Ofa, Micky, and Ferrari – who truly made our holiday special. They were absolutely amazing, especially with our children. Their energy, kindness, and ability to engage with all the kids made every day fun and memorable. The food was another highlight – so many different dishes and cuisines to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The poolside food was also top-notch, with chefs who were not only talented but also super attentive and friendly. Every single person we met, from staff to other guests, had a smile on their face. There's just such a positive, relaxed vibe everywhere. Good food, good weather, and good people – what more could you ask for? I honestly don’t think a resort has ever ticked every single box like this one. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!
