My stay began with a few issues related to the booking agent and some minor requests. However, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel management and staff, especially Mr. Mohamed, for their prompt response and genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction and happiness, turning my stay into a truly memorable experience. Their professionalism and dedication to guest comfort completely changed my impression. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed’s outstanding service, the resort truly deserves a 5-star rating. All of the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, and every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Homos and Mr. Mostafa Magdy, whose consistent presence and attentive management made my stay even more comfortable. They were always available to ensure everything was going smoothly and to address even the smallest concerns. Throughout my stay, I never encountered any major issues. In fact, if I were to describe the level of professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team in detail, it would take me days.
