These are fantastic hotels: Pickalbatros Oasis and Sands at Port Ghalib. We love the mood, comfortable rooms, great food (even for us- vegetarians). Very clean - at the bars, restaurants, beach, rooms. Fantastic beach, entertainment, sports, animations during days and evenings. Life music and dance. Just at the doors they are invite you here. Very fast check in with Adel Abou - he is robocop cause always find the solution and help you as much as it is possible. Pure professionalism. The bartenders prepare tasty and beautifully decorated cappuccinos and drinks, according to the guest's preferences - you want them sweeter, and if you prefer dry ones - they will also find something. Always with smile. “Misiu” ( Moustafa Gomaa) is a king of cappuccinos! Ahmed, Mahmoud, Mohamed Fajim, Shaef Mohamed (sorry if I write not correct the names ) and all the lobby and terrace bars team- they make fantastic job elegantly and with positive attitude to all guests. Animations for now, they have really good team. Great vibes, full of energy and enthusiasm. Very interesting and different actions, activities from the morning till almost midnight. Memo - crazy, “grenade” guy with unbelievable power. Maria- beautiful and energetic woman with a lot of ideas. Kimo DJ and a part of that team is very talented and communicative person, each minute with him is very inspiring. It is not possible to miss guys for the beach bars Oaskis and Palace. They make great job! “Fast and fury”;) They bing you what you want before you think about it. Super fantastic Ahmed Badr- from three years we know him as very polite, nice, professional and just fantastic man. He is still developing his skills, prepares fantastic drinks, speaks many languages and is just a elegant, good man. Mamdouh Mohamed- thank you so much for your care too. Great bartender with fantastic sense of humor. Chefs try to make the dishes tasty and look good. They always ask if everything is ok to you? lifeguards at the pool and beach, animators, hotel service - a very professional and hard-working crew. with culture and a smile. Our room was cleaned every day very y- thanks to Mr Omar Mohamed: always smiling, polite man, each day with different animal on the bed :)

Recommendation for Abo Elabbas Abo Elabbas is an outstanding manager who consistently shows a positive and kind attitude toward all guests—both younger and older. His professionalism and courteous approach make every interaction pleasant and respectful. He is especially attentive and helpful to elderly guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being. He manages young staff with great effectiveness—capable of motivating the team and skillfully increasing the pace of work when needed. Even during busy periods, the smile never disappears from the waiters’ faces, which is a clear reflection of the positive work atmosphere he fosters. His dedication to hospitality, professional leadership, and ability to create a supportive team environment are truly commendable.

As family of 4, the agency booked us a standard room which is not suitable for as the room was for 2 where it was with opened couch and added other bed. Absolutely no space. The worst thing is the rooms, with the bathroom door like "saloon"... basically with an opening of half a meter above and below. (As in the picture) Not even an ounce of privacy. It's like having a vater next to your bed. (Among the other without bidet) So you become a participant in everything that the person who goes to the bathroom, emits during evacuation, "noises and smells" in the first place. Something never seen! Bedouins in the desert certainly live in better conditions. We enjoyed our holidays, but expected much more.
