Pickalbatros Palace Aqua Park Hurghada

Wow wow wow. What an amazing holiday myself and 2 pre teen daughters had. From the second we stepped foot outside the hotel to the second we left we were treated with the greatest care. The hotel, the rooms, the endless amount of pools, the restaurants, the staff, the entertainment you name it was second to none. The hotel is maintained to such a high, clean standard every single day and every staff member speaks to you, is polite, happy and ones that you can have a laugh with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and am already planning on returning. An incredible hotel, in an incredible location that will leave you with incredible memories

Amazing family experience at Albatros Aqua Park – Hurghada We stayed for 3 nights (June 16–19, 2025) as a family, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The reception was warm and professional—special thanks to Mr. Taha Hussein and Mr. Mahmoud Abdeen for their outstanding support. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff all around the hotel were friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. The resort is spotless, and services were available at all times. Food and snacks were very good and always in abundance, though I would have liked more variety. The animation team was energetic and engaging with all guests equally, but I suggest adding more languages to their performances. No discrimination at all, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. Definitely coming back again. Thank you, Albatros Aqua Park!

Rooms were very dated and bathroom very old, broken tiles, only stand in shower which was small. The room was presented to us with a double bed and a single (there were four of us!) When spoken to the front desk his solution was to move the beds together? Food was okay. Inevitably we all got stomach issues and it was due to the food. Our room phone wasn’t working for at least four days despite us requesting at front desk to be repaired. Whenever we needed something we would have to walk all the way down to the front desk. When it finally did work, I rang to ask for an iron and they never brought it! His response was ‘we will see’. Only good thing was the slides and swimming pools my children enjoyed. Staff could work on their customer service skills. They look annoyed every time you ask them a question.
