Visited from 16 to 19 Aug 2025. The best word I can use to describe this hotel is “overrated.” The value for money is very poor. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area for less than half the price and had a much better experience. At nearly $500 USD per night, I expected something truly exceptional, but I’ve had far superior service at hotels costing around $200 USD. Not all of the rides were operating, and the ones that were open felt very basic. The food was especially disappointing. For three nights, the only things my kids would eat were pizza, nuggets, and French fries — the options and quality were far below expectations. Yes, the property is massive, but it completely lacks joy or excitement. I will not be returning to this hotel.
Honestly the huge and multiple water park slides and pools made the children’s vacation marvelous. But for me as a parent i didnt have any option for a gluten free meal. Even if i wanted to take a piece of steak or barbecue i have to stand in a long long queue. Its the same for a piece of a watermelon! Wifi is available Rooms are clean Service is excellent No beach attached to the hotel.
I really wanted to like this place — the thrill rides looked so fun, and the animation shows were actually great. But everything else was a huge letdown. The rides felt unsafe, and during one, the power went out. I had to climb down with my kid, which was terrifying and completely unacceptable. The rooms had a nice view and layout, but they were dirty, badly maintained, and full of ants and even geckos. The worst part was the customer service. When I complained to the manager about safety and cleanliness, he literally told me to leave if I wasn’t happy. Mr. ABADA at the front desk was especially rude. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and just didn’t care. Shoutout to the lifeguards in the King Cobra and Surf Safari. These guys were the best in the best in the entire resort. Also, be prepared to walk a LOT to get anywhere, which is exhausting if you have kids.
