This is such a beautiful hotel. It has it all, the location, the excellent staff always willing to help, the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The front desk staff, Rosario, and the other people made our stay even more pleasant. Imar, Cristi, Luis in the restaurant were always helpful and kind. Everything is great about this hotel and the history is amazing. Don't expect a bunch of modern amenities as the building has been kept as original as possible. We've had a great time so far and the personnel are outstanding.
What a beautiful place! The hotel is also very well located, comfortable and close to Paseo Montejo and a lot of coffee places, restaurants and bars. The personnel is beyond kind, they are always pampering you, and making you feel home. Best place to stay in Mérida for sure.
