Amazing hotel, lovely gardens, not Otis nor John has take away the beauty of this place, everything you need is inside, staff is so kind, I had stay in more than once and will return. Food as always was great and waiters are kind and pending on requests. But this time I also want to recognize Kids play team is so amazing, fun, energetic and polite, now adding more and more kids activities and being happy to play and party with kids. This gives the extra mile for families. But also see couples of non kids guest they enjoy and relax as well, so there is something for everyone, even ocean view massages..... even working guest have enough space to work with ocean view, so great. For birthday people always details in restaurants, kids play everywhere you are special...

The hotel and service was perfect. Especially the hotel considering as it was so soon after hurricane Otis. However the one and only reason that it got 3 stars was the food. The food was low in quality and was very bland across all restaurants in the resort, and besides that it was also very overpriced for what it actually was and honestly incredibly disappointing.

Old, dirty, stinking like old humid furniture room... we asked for ice and were waiting 45 minutes to receive 5 cubes... almost nobody speaks English even at front desk!, they are not even trying.. dirty beach with noisy atv's running the whole time... extremely expensive stay with cheap experience... can't recommend to anyone... never again...
