Pietrak Hotel

I've spent a few days at this hotel because of my business trip and I really recommend it. The stuff was doing everything to make my stay as pleasurable as possible, I could go to them with every issue, even with those which doesn't refer to hotel. I loved everything in there from bed to the pool and sauna.

I have just finished my stay of 7 months at this hotel for work purposes! I would firstly like to start by expressing my thanks to every single person that works endlessly to ensure their guests stay are to satisfaction. I am aware of some of my colleagues being difficult guests at times. But the hotel was more than accommodating to everyone’s own needs and they should all be very proud of the work they did during our stay! Secondly I would like to single out an individual who I know wouldn’t like me too but I will be anyway. Sandra, who works on Reception. Although all the reception team were fantastic. Sandra was above and beyond! She was very inviting to us all and would sort any issues we had within a maximum of 24 hours! Over the months she became a friendly face for us all to go too if we needed any help with the city or with the hotel! She was fantastic and I would stay there again because of her alone! Thirdly the restaurant! The food was amazing every time with fast service and friendly waitresses. I became a regular and even had one waitress make jokes about my love for ketchup! It didn’t just become a restaurant but a part of the hotel I looked forward to attending! I cannot speak a bad word about anybody that worked within the hotel! My room was very spacious and easily accessible. It was cleaned whenever I asked with both linen and bedding changed! I would just like to say Thank you to the Pietrak team and if I’m ever back in Gniezno. I know exactly where I will go to stay! Keep up the great work

My fiancée and I are very disappointed. In the Royal Apartment we had no hot water throughout our stay and no one informed us that we were entitled to breakfast as if it were some kind of secret, which is a shame because the breakfast was actually good quality. However, the location is great, close to everything. A huge disappointment but I will choose something else next time.
