Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa

We had a great stay 3 nights at Pilgrimage Our room was really nice, clean — and we were upgraded to a quieter section of the resort where a few rooms share a semi-private pool. It’s an adults-only area (no kids allowed), which made it even more peaceful. The overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing- surrounded by beautiful gardens. One of the highlights was the spa. Every guest receives a complimentary 30-minute spa treatment, which was a really nice gesture and part of their daily routine. Breakfast is great with fresh fruits, eggs cooked to order. We love it!

Amazing hotel. Lovely peaceful setting in beautiful gardens. Stayed in bungalow which was luxurious. Staff could not have been more helpful especially Claudia, Thanh and Lanh. Great massages. Lovely pools. Extensive breakfast. Short cab ride to old town (grab easy to get). Used their bikes to cycle to abandoned water park nearby.

We had an incredible 7-night stay at Pilgrimage Village. From start to finish, the service was world-class. Special thanks to Claudia and Thanh, who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We were upgraded to a beautiful standalone villa with a river view, outdoor shower, and huge space for our family—it couldn’t have been better. The free Citadel tour and use of the shuttle buses made exploring Huế simple and stress-free. The pool was amazing and we spent hours there every day. Breakfast was a standout—I loved starting with Vietnamese pho each morning alongside eggs cooked exactly how we liked them. We enjoyed 4 great dinners at the resort, plus cocktails and a game of pool in the lobby bar before heading in. What impressed us most was the flexibility. The team easily arranged last-minute restaurant bookings in town, adapted shuttle times to fit our plans, and even prepared a takeaway lunch for our train at checkout. Communication was seamless thanks to the WhatsApp group they created with us—every request was handled instantly and warmly. As a family from the hospitality industry, we’re very hard to impress. Pilgrimage Village exceeded expectations on every level. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Huế.
